8 | The Campus will only be held responsible for valuables under the terms of the safe hire agreement. Place all valuables in the safe in your room. The Campus will not be held responsible for robberies, thefts or losses of objects not left at reception under deposit, nor for those objects left in the luggage room without being properly stored, for which reason it is recommended all belongings be deposited inside your luggage and this locked with a key. The safety regulations prohibit the use of irons in the rooms at the Campus and smoking is forbidden in all rooms. Once reception has handed over the room key this constitutes accreditation as a guest of Campus. Always take the key with you when you are on the premises. If you wish not to be disturbed, hang the "Please do not disturb" sign outside the door of the room. It is forbidden to use towels and other items from the room for outdoor use. The Campus offers its customers towels for exclusive use by the pool free of charge, with a prior deposit of 10.00 € or handing over of ID that will be returned when the customer returns the towels. In case of loss or damage to the towel, the client will not recover the deposit. Use of pool loungers is free of charge Campus staff may withdraw sun loungers which have been unused for at least 30 consecutive minutes, whenever there are others waiting to occupy them, and remove personal belongings that are there to reception. Given a situation involving fraudulent use of booked services, the customer will be required to pay the value of what has been consumed or, if necessary, for the modification of the service. The furniture and utensils in the rooms, as well as the other rooms of the Campus, form part of the services provided and are placed there with the intention of making the customer´s stay as pleasant as possible, for which reason we ask for appropriate and respectful use of these. In any case, they are the property of the Campus, so in case of loss, theft or unjustified damage thereof, the Campus reserves the right to demand the corresponding payment. Television services, Internet, and Wi-Fi are provided subject to the technical conditions of the campus, with this entity not being responsible for any interruptions that may occur, or the quality of the signal. With respect to the laundry service, the Campus is not responsible for garments if, due to their state or composition of use, the shrink, discolour or deteriorate. The following are expressly prohibited, at any time of the day and may be grounds for withdrawal of the right of admission to the Campus (with the possibility of calling for the help of security forces), without the customer being entitled to any reduction in what they owe for accommodation or services received.
