6 | Understood to be included in the price of the accommodation, when provided, are the following communal services: hot and cold running water, power supply, rubbish collection, cleaning during the stay, bed linen and bath towels, outdoor pool, gym and multi purpose sports courts, benches and garden furniture, the social club at the established times, parking for vehicles (exclusively for clients of the Campus) provided that their depositing does not imply any liability for the owner of Campus and of the depositing of luggage. Also provided free of charge, but with a prior deposit of 10.00 € or on presentation of ID are: sports equipment (footballs, paddle racquets, balls ...), board games and games room, bicycles and any other sporting element made available by the Campus . Parking is exclusively for residents of the Campus, with this right commencing on the signing of the accommodation contract and ending on check out. The Campus is not responsible for objects left inside cars. Once the capacity for parking has been reached, you may not park outside the areas allocated for this purpose If this occurs, the Campus reserves the right to use the most appropriate means in order to remove the vehicle in question. Notwithstanding the provisions of the regulations governing billing obligations, the Campus will issue and hand to customers, or, where appropriate, intermediary tourist agencies, an invoice and annex that states clearly and distinctly, the following: 10) Type and category Campus. Before the conducting of events or during these, the Campus may require a bond in provision for any damage which may occur to movable property or damage to any part of the campus. Payment of this amount shall be made in cash or by any other valid means of payment whose use is accepted by the Campus. The Campus may request in advance guarantee of payment by credit card for the booked services. Without prejudice to the provisions of the law on free access to service activities and their undertaking, the Campus provides complaint forms. Smoking in places designated "non-smoking" areas is prohibited. In general, smoking is prohibited throughout the campus, except for in outdoor areas. 11) 12) 13)
