Name, type and category of the Campus. Guest identification . Number or identification of the unit of accommodation. Capacity of the unit of accommodation. Price of the unit of accommodation and other services reserved or booked. Check in and check out dates. Restaurant service available and opening hours, if applicable. Breakfast timetable, if applicable. Check out service and time limit policy. Provision of extra bed, if necessary. a) c) d) e) This document, once filled in and signed by the customer, serves as documentary evidence for administrati- ve purposes and must be retained by the Campus, at the disposition of relevant outside organisation for a period of six months. If the customer leaves the accommodation unit before the date fixed for the departure, the Campus may request up to 50% of the total price for services left used, unless there is a specific agreement between the parties. There shall be no payment of any amount when the customer leaves the campus due to force majeure, which must be duly accredited. Room reservations or occupancy of the same by minors will not be accepted. A stay for two people in a double room which has been booked as a single room is not permitted. In such a case, the rate set for double use must be paid Access for people accompanied by pets is prohibited, except for persons accompanied by guide dogs, as established by Law 5/1998 of 23 November. The cleaning service schedule for the rooms is from 9 am to 4 pm. The activity of the Campus will be regulated by the freedom of pricing policy Prices will be considered to be comprehensive, it being understood they include the rice of the reserved or booked service and any taxes which may apply. They may not be charged at higher price than that advertised. If there is any contradiction with the adverti- sed price, the lower price will apply. The Campus, shall make the prices of services offered known y means of a price list. The price list should detail, so that no confusion will arise, communal services and complementary services, and specify those prices which include value added tax.
