If the parties have agreed a deposit and customer or the travel agency cancel the reservation in the period before the date of arrival, the Campus may charge the penalties against the deposit, according to the agreement Such penalties shall not apply when the cancellation of the reservation occurs due to force majeure, which must be duly accounted for. When a deposit has been charged to make a reservation, the Campus will return it in its entirety to the customer or the travel agency when, due to force majeure or other reasons not attributable to the customer, the booked services cannot be provided, and therefore cancellation of the reservation is necessary. When a reservation has been confirmed without the requirement of a deposit, the Campus will respect it up to the agreed time and, in the case that a time has not been agreed, until 8 pm on the day appointed for arrival, unless the customer confirms their arrival warning of possible delays. In the event that a deposit has been required for the booking, the Campus, unless otherwise agreed, will maintain the reservation without any time limit, until the total number of days covered by the deposit has expired. The Campus hosting service commences from 1 pm on the first day of the booked period and ends up to 10 am on the day planned for departure. For possible changes, please contact the Management of the Campus. Any client who does not leave the accommodation unit at the time indicated in the previous paragraph, will be understood to be extending their stay an extra day, and must pay the price established by the Campus. However, this extension is dependent on the availability of accommodation of the same or similar characteristics to those which were occupied.
