Internal regulations policy · Puente Nuevo Campus 3 | In accordance with Art. 41 of Decree 75/2013, of 28 November, which regulates rural tourism accommoda- tion establishments in the Autonomous Region of Castilla and Leon, BOCYL Number. 232, of 2 December 2013, 2 March 2004, which stipulates that: "The owners of rural tourism accommodation establishments of may establish an individual regulations policy" and therefore Puente Nuevo Campus has prepared the following Internal Regulations Policy which is binding for the clients of the Campus: Users may freely access the Campus and stay there, whilst abiding by the restrictions set out in this Regulation Policy. Customers have the right to receive comprehensive, truthful information, prior to the booking of the services provided. So that, in these facilities, their safety, privacy and ease are guaranteed, in all that correspondence to the established conditions. Their invoice will be handed to them directly, with the terms of the regulations for the services booked, so that if they wish to make a complaint, claims sheets may be provided to them.. Admission to and stay at the Campus, shall in no case be discriminatory for reasons of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion or any other personal or social condition or circumstance. This set of regulations will be available to users at all times and will be displayed, in at least Spanish and English, in a prominent place in the reception area of the Campus. The customer has the inescapable obligation to register. When customers are in a group party which has been booked prior to arrival, its representative should hand in a list of the guests. The Campus will deny accommodation to any guest who does not comply with this requirement and has the right to demand, if deemed appropriate, the identification of the applicant and of the persons accompanying him at the lodging. At Reception the necessary procedures for the admission of guests to the Campus are undertaken and the keys for access the accommodation are kept. The reception staff are responsible for informing the clients about all aspects of the internal running of the Campus and for providing information and advice regarding this. The rates, detailing the prices and terms for the different types of accommodation, for the catering services, bars, congress events, laundry, safe hire, and complementary services, of our own or provided by outside persons or entities, are detailed in reception area, at the disposal of the users who request this. For the purposes of this Decree, a reservation is understood to be the request by the customer for one or several units of accommodation, catering services or Campus meeting rooms in advance of the first day on which the service of accommodation, catering or hire of rooms will be effectively provided. Reservations must be confirmed or denied by a system or means that allows a record to be kept of this communication. The communication of the booking confirmation must contain the following details: 1) 2) 3) Name, type and category of the Campus. Customer identification and, if applicable, intermediary tourist companies. Number of units of accommodation, catering, room rental and other services reserved.
